Quarterly Meetings
Meetings occur quarterly over a three-day period at a host member's location:
- Sunday – Arrival and group dinner
- Monday – Full day of presentations, followed by a hosted group dinner
- Tuesday – Half-day for deeper dives into key issues or pre-planned topics
Off-hours discussions are highly productive, covering MSP business strategy and industry challenges. Hosts often organize team-building activities, such as guided tours or excursions.
Quarterly Reporting & Presentations
- New members are assigned an NLG mentor to guide them through creating their first quarterly report
- Reports are uploaded two weeks prior to the meeting
- Each member reviews and comments before the live presentation
- Presentation time is based on EBITDA performance—higher performers present briefly, lower EBITDA members receive more time for deeper discussion
